Integrated VFD Motor

Programmable Control Box monitors the operating status and information of the integrated machine to enable control and protection functions. 

Serving as a data acquisition master station, it also collects data from supporting equipment such as reducers, enabling their monitoring and protection.

• 8GB data storage, capable of saving load curves, alarm information, and fault records of the drive equipment, etc.;

• Allows convenient adjustment of the integrated VFD motor's speed and quick speed switching via a knob;

• Capable of disabling any individual VFD motor;

• Provides multiple external digital input/output interfaces for interlocking with external magnetic starters and centralized control systems;

• Communicates with the data acquisition boxes via the integrated VFD motor to collect and monitor reducer operating data;

• Reserved various communication interfaces to meet the communication requirements of digital mines.
